WE GUARANTEE
- If the candidate leaves within 3 months of joining, ASSIST PLACEMENT SOLUTIONS will find a replacement which will not be charged for. This warranty is only if the candidate leaves voluntarily. We will need to be informed of candidates leaving as soon as he leaves.
AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 8.33% of annual gross salary for Junior level
- 10 % of annual gross salary for Mid- level positions
- 12.5% of annual gross salary for Senior level positions (experience range above 10 years)
** Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, Education allowance, periodicals allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation. This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.
The Bill will be submitted to our all clients within 7 Days from the joining date of the candidate and the payment will be released within 30 Days of the candidate placed.
